I like the room, it's clean and the housekeeping were great. Dislike, no refrigerator, shower was too small. Parking was bad, my rental car was broken into, both passenger and driver side windows were damaged. Stole my gps and sunglasses hidden inside the glove compartment. Personnel in the front desk doesn't have training on what to do in case such crime like this happen on the facility.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard and loved it. I felt at home. The staff is wonderful! The hotel is about the be renovated (what I was told) and is going to be even better. The hotel was conveniently located off of I-35, and near a Mall. It is also close to the University of Texas. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although the breakfast was nice (scrambled eggs, fruit, sausage, bacon, etc) due to the price you are better off buying breakfast elsewhere. Despite this - If

My family and I stayed here and I would go back anytime. It is a very nice hotel and very family -friendly. Austin is a great city.

I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. Those are very important to me. I check the tops of doors and windows for cleanliness. It also was very reasonablly priced. They could work on making the check in process a little better.
