This place is a dump!.

We had to go eat someplace else because there were no trays to carry your food to the room. There was no place to sit at the 3 uncleaned tables. There were no donuts or muffins. The only choices were cereal (2 choices) or do-it-yourself waffles. The second day of our stay there was no coffee.

The hotel may be under new management, since the room was completely different then my previous stays here. Room was dirty with toilet not attached to floor so it moved anytime you sat down. Vomit on the wall next to bed. Mattress was like concrete.
Had good stays here before, but this time was terrible. Price was only real positive.

Don't mind the other reviews, they don't know what their talking about! We come here about 3 times a year when we visit Lancaster. The location is very close to all the attractions and shopping which my wife loves. The staff is very friendly and caring as always. My room was clean, but I woke up around 4:00 AM. Somebody in the room next to us got up this early and took a shower. At most motels, this wouldn't be an issue. At this motel it was. As long as the shower was running, the pipes were squeaking very loudly. I don't think I'd stay here again because of that.

This motel was very clean, and accomidated to a party of 6 without forcing us to get a second room. The staff was very polite and helpful. If I ever return to Lancaster this would be the first motel we choose. They even gave us a refund without charging us a fee when we checked out a few days early.

1. When we came we find out orbitz made mistake and rooms didn't have room to place children, but instead of any help I got answer "take children in your bad" !!!!!!
2. When we finally got rooms we wanted it was hard smell of Chlor
3. In a morning was waiting us "Continental" breakfast: something like 3-4 days old bagel and pcs of bread

For short.... don't make mistake we did

Molding food in nightstand drawer.

Ice bucket being used under leaky toilet. (No other ice buckets available from front desk.)

Did not provide fresh towels.

Motel manager banged on door in middle of the night to have me come to the office because they made a reservation error and had someone else booked for the room.

Like any hotel thats not a 5 star, the service wasn't the best, but the location and cost was very good for us. Very central to everything. We would stay there again.

the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and confortable. the tv's were brand new and the high speed internet was very fast. this is a great place to stay for everyone.
