Well I was really dissapointed with the customer service. The desk clerk was rude all the time and she seemed bothered by everything.
The maid service was nonexistant except for when I did not want to be bothered. I will be in Florence, Colorado at least twice a year because I visit an inmate in the Federal Prison which is right next to the hotel ...
