This hotel is the worst! Breakfast was disgusting. General manager and manager were VERY rude when we spoke with them after our stay regarding an extra charge (they accused us of smoking in the hotel room, which is completley ridiculous). The front desk was not accomodating when my young daughter needed milk late in the night. This hotel operates as if it is going out of business. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
When calling for the first time "Cindy" was amazing...she helped us find the perfect room in the hotel for the length of time we needed to stay which was 5 days then she also called me back to offer me a perk that she realized she could offer us. "Thats personal service-we are extremely happy.."
