THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A 4+ STAR UNIVERSAL RESORT. THE ROOMS WERE MAYBE A 2 STAR, NOTHING FANCY AND POORLY CLEANED. have just returned from 2 weeks at Loews Pacific. We had a wonderful time. The kids loved being able to hop on the boat and take themselves over to Universal. But the highlight for them was the wonderful pool staff and swimming until 10pm.
The rooms are on the small side but have the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in.
