It was very clean and the service was good. There was a lot of space to... I have been to the the Hard Rock Hotel though and it was slighty better I have to say.

I love this place, can't wait to go back. The service was great, the food was was better, and best of all you get to cut in front of the lines at Universal Studio when you flash your room key. I did not want to leave and keep dreaming of going back. You will not regret it if you stay there.

Its a type of place to hang by the pool. In the hotel it is very dark it a type of carribean place, very modern for types of people that want to relax.
There is a volleyball court by the pool.

This hotel is nice enough, its big and pretty, the pool area is very nice, big with a shallow end and volley ball and basket ball and play area, movie by the pool on weekends is nice touch. The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
