Clean, great bed and awesome free b'fast each day!Mattresses were superb! Shuttle to D'Land only $3 adult and $1 kid round/daily. FREE b'fast includes eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, bagels, muffins, juice/milk/coffee, the whole nine! Saved even more by booking through hoteldiscount.com. Great place---BUTWe have stayed there two times. Everything was fine until we started smelling cigarette smoke in our room and in the hallway. Management verified the smell and said they found the tenant who was smoking and asked them to leave. The second time we stayed there, same thing happened. What a coincidence! Good Location, Good Price:My friends and I all got together for a concert and Birthday party celebration and the staff at Ayres hotel was from I understand, were very kind to all involved in the planning of events.
My friend and I shared a room and it was plenty of space for two people, good size room, bathroom was super clean and really nice as well.

Highly recommend, you'll love it!!!After searching hotels I went off the reviews of other travelers and this Hotel was the one that had the best reviews and they weren't lying. We were a total of 4 , including 2 kids. Spoiled Us!My two elderly aunts stayed here while visiting my hospitalized father. During their three week trip to CA, they also stayed in 3 other hotels. All they could talk about was how the Ayres was so much better!

you need to know before you stayMy husband, daughter, and I recently stayed at this hotel. It is clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. I'd skip this one!I'm surprised by the high ratings given to this location. We had a horrible experience. The service was indifferent, the room was dirty, and the air conditioning was broken. We ended up calling it a loss and changed hotels after the first night. I suppose this would be a budget-friendly location for families, as it does serve a full breakfast, but we were not favorably impressed by anything but the price.You have found this review helpful.7 of 11 Yahoo!
