I'm a pretty tough critic but this hotel won me over. The price was great for what I got. Very clean, updated, speedy service, lots of amenities. Also, check out isn't until 12 which is very nice. It's super convenient to the airport and to Baltimore City yet it's in a very nice area.

Food selection isn't much in the way ...

I ask for a nonsmoking room but i didn't get it. the room was ok. have good services. i like the location because it near airport at a fair pricce.

I recently got back from a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn about a couple of days ago. The room was cleaner than most hotels I've ever stayed in. The sheets were clean--my husband and I checked them thoroughly. Check-in was quick and friendly as was check-out. We experienced no problems at all. The location was a bit, off however. I say ...

Beware -- their rates change and the employees seem hapless to explain why. Not a pleasant experience to deal with.

Scary Place! Vandalism, drunks in halls, employees treated poorly

We have stayed at this hotel for two months due to location. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn (BWI) has been unsettling. Our car was valdalized in the parking lot. When a drunk man was passed out, we notified the front desk. The response was that they knew. When the man recovered and started roaming the halls trying the room doors 30 minutes ...
