I Love the fact that the entire staff makes you feel special and wants to make you happy no matter what. And they have not forgotten the little things that matter most and that is comfort.

What you see is what you get and what you get is simple but comfortable

I was afraid to go after reading the reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. Everything looked new, very clean - maybe it's been renovated! Kitchen in room, an okay breakfast, friendly staff.

The person in line in front of me had a billing issue - I will wait to see if I am doubled billed as well! If so, will be writing again! But was very happy and would go back.

This is the worst place that I have ever had dealings with. The staff for the most part was downright incompetent, rude and needs to be trained. We were overcharged and it was a total nightmare.

What an awful place. In a town that is having such a revival, one would think there'd be a decent hotel. NONE. This place stinks, literally. Stay at a B & B. The Holiday Inn is dirty, smelly and the staff is, to put it mildly, dumb.
