Generally is nice, the rooms are too small and the bad not so confortable.The breakfast is very poor, mostly because the plates are empty. The waiting stuff is going around but no control of the food, no interest at all. I wasted my time waiting for a new plate with ham..I do not recomand the hotel and not even the restaurant. I had lunch as well and I had the feeling of eating some food cooked one week back. DON'T EAT THERE!!

The service was definitely friendly and exceptional. Everyone from the bellboys to the front desk were very helpful.

The view (waterside) was spectacular and the rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Being in the excecutive lounge made it even really worth it because of the free breakfast and the hors d'oeuvre and wine they offer ...

Trust me when I say this hotel is not for you! Rooms are like match boxes. There are zero vending machines, no ice, and the food was atrocious -- worst I have ever had. The scrambled eggs (I guess that is what you would call them) were runny and the bacon was wrigley.

The shower stall had one door that covered only half the opening -- water ...

I will never stay at this hotel again! The rooms were the size of a small dorm --I tripped over my own suitcase. In fact, my hotel stay was like staying in a Freshman dorm again. And the shower --you could fall flat on your face trying to get in and out of it. And there was only a half of a glass shower door so all the water went all over the ...

Loved the very large rooms and spaciousness. Convenient to city and beautiful views of the city from our room. We intend to stay here again.

I really enjoy the comforts of this hotel. It is modern, comfortable, and friendly. I stay here every trip to Copenhagen now. I've tried the other hotels in town. They are nice and quaint but this is the best. Well worth the price. The location requires a little walk to the shopping areas, but the inconvenience is still worth the stay.

The rooms are very clean and spacious.
First class service, excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant.
The closeness to the center of Copenhagen makes this hotel a very convenient choice.
Internet service is very good. The bed was very confortable and clean.

Service and quality were outstanding except in the Bar. They needed at least two more people to handle business on both days we were their. Great location for airport and downtown. Two blocks from Tivoli Gardens. Looking forward to going back.
