In all the places I've travelled, no place has ever impressed me like this one..... the beauty, the service, the enormous amount of htings to do.. Thank you! WE are actually coming back from Alberta to spend out firstyear anniversary there!

While the Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel is great I would not recommend their Spa service - Amerispa. I found the manager of this Amerispa to be unfriendly & unapologetic, and encountered poor service across my entire experience as follows:

The staff and condition of the hotel is a compliment to management. Felt as though we were VIP guests even though we were not. Would recommend this to any friend visiting the Ottawa area.

Food is overpriced, sofa pullout, springy and smells of 'urine', poor bed placement in Suites next to door with large gap to allow light in from hallway. Walls made of paper, hear neighbors partying.Heating system in suite 'whistles; and 'clunks' at night.Indoor pool not heated and cold. Staff disorganized with staff at adjoining casino when dealing with various issues.
