Nice place to StayI really enjoyed this motel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room and sheets were very clean. I did not have any problems with my stay. It is difficult to locate. Became lost intitally. The motel is in an industrial area so be aware that the outside area is not indicative of the motel. I will stay here again.OVERALL

Parks& Sleep Fly **do not use these option**Firstly the hotel and the service was good.
Secondly, I reserved this Newark Best Western for one night with the park and fly option for 10 days. When I arrive at the hotel, I was oblige to let the keys to the valets and signe a form. Spend a little more $ elsewhereThis hotel looks OK on line, but as others have stated it was not very nice and the staff was not friendly at all. very disappointedI was very disappointed that this hotel is located off this street similar to an alley.

Stay away from this hotelAs a hotel the Best Western was alright, but their service is the worst you will ever find. I used there extended stay parking for just 4 nights and they did $500 worth of damage to my car. They wrote a nice apology letter and said it wasn't their problem. Just a place to sleepThis hotel was really close to Liberty Airport. The breakfast was great and the shuttle was a big plus.

Don't trust your car to Best Western Newark WestI left my car at the hotel on a park and fly reservation, paying extra to leave my car. Upon returning from my trip I found $1400. worth of damage was done to my car. Of course the manager figured I brought my scraped up, dented car to the facility and the drivers did nothing wrong. My car is a scraped up mess!!!!I left my car at the Best Western for a week and when I picked it up I had a large scrape on both the driver side doors, scrapes and gouges on the right front bumper and the underneath in front was torn up like it had run over a rock or something. Hard to find and limited parkingMissed the hotel on the first try and had to call the desk for exact directions. The hotel is tucked back off the main road on a small access street. Parking is severely limited and required double parking. This is a problem if you're trying to leave early.
