I just got back from vacation and had a wonderful stay. If you are ever in the Aransas Pass area, this is the place to stay. Room was very clean as was the pool and hot tub area. Front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast wasn't the best but it has a good selection, very well priced and a great place to stay. Its with in walking distance to the H-E-B and Port Aransas is only 5 miles away

Absolutely ideal place to stay away from the crowd in Port Aransas and the high costs in Port Aransas. this place is the best the people are nice it was never trashed when i was there if you need somethin they bring it to you.the pool stays open all night long the texas size hot tub is very nice. you can cook out by the pool the price to stay there was an okay price not to much not to low. the rooms are big.

My family travels to the Port Aransas area frequently. Although the luxury of staying on the Island is nice, there is nowhere on the Island that can compete with the hospitality and comfort of the Hawthorn Suites. We choose to stay there time and time again, as we will on future trips. Check it out,....you won't be sorry.

I enjoyed my two week stay at Hawthorne Suites in Aransas Pass. It is close to area restaurants and my kids and I enjoyed driving (via the ferry) to Port Aransas to go to Mustang Island Beach. This took us about 30 minutes. The pool/hot tub is nice and the staff friendly.

The Staff Was Real Friendly, and the prices were real reasonable. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast has a lot to choose from and has good flavor.
