Loved our visit and our stay was very nice at Holiday Inn. The breakfast area was very small and could get crazy, but was a nice variety. Room was always cleaned and staff was very friendly with our questions.

We arrived late and they didn't have the correct room for us! To make matters worse I asked the manager to call me and he never bothered to respond. After spending 4 nights at this hotel the manager was too afraid to call me even after the employees assured me he would call. To cap it all off they didn't clean our room the third day we were ...

The complimentary breakfast was decent however you needed to get there first thing in the morning or you missed out. The indoor pool was not heated and our sheets had stains on them. However they did compensate us for the sheets by giving us a free nights stay. The location was decent and the kids suite made our stay more enjoyable. We love St.Joes so much and the weater was wonderful so we did not spend too much time at the hotel.

Hotel itself was nice--spacious 2-room suite with extra large whirlpool. Stayed one night and they billed me $162. However, 3 days later they billed me an additional $402!
