    We stayed here 2 different nights. 1st night I didn't make a res, the desk clerk was very helpful. All they had left was smoking (I don't smoke) and a suite. We took the suite, very clean, she was very helpful. The 2nd time I made reservations. The room again was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. Highly recommend!

    This motel is very clean, the service is excellent and it is in a very good location. I would recommend the AmericInn in Sidney, NE to anyone.

  • The Blizzard of 2006

    This is a wonderful hotel with great owners!! I stayed here when stuck in a big blizzard in 2006. Rick, the owner was amazing. He made sure everyone who needed a room had one, even the local staff who worked in the area and couldn't go home got a place to sleep after all the rooms were full.     A simple hotel, but very quiet with excellent, friendly staff. Certainly not the Ritz, but a good value. Best choice in Sidney in my view -- Recommended !!

    The night clerk was an extremely outgoing, very nice lady. She made my husband and I feel right at home. We were sipping wine and she brought us a bowl of popped corn. She brought the microwave popped corn from her home. She went out of her way to be nice to everyone and make their stay comfortable.

    This place was so wonderful. This was the most friendly staff we have had the plesure of coming into contact with. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The facility has a great wilderness feel to it without going overboard. And clean. Everything was perfection. I will definately stay here the next time I am in Sidney, and recommend it to EVERYONE I meet. Thank you so much for such a wonderful facility and staff.
