Just TerribleI frequent Best Western in several areas including this one. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The door was broken the shower leaked and had only hot water and the swimming pool (one of the amenities that we was looking forward too (98 degrees) was just green - filthy. Poor Customer ServiceWe had reservations for Mardis Gras week. When we arrived we discovered that out room had been given to someone else with the same last name. The owners son did not seem to appreciate that this was a problem. We did get another room thanks to the persistant efforts one employee who made the effort on her own.
