I had stayed at this hotel before when it was a Ramada Limited, and swore I would never be back. But, it just so happened that some business required me to stay more recently. What a huge difference. It seems like management changed and they made the Ramada in to a Super 8. I was met my very kind staff, and an updated room. The whole property now looks very clean and up to date. Will definitely be back again.

we booked 2 rooms for a weekend. We had ants in both rooms. Management was hesitant to move us, but finally relented. We received two other rooms adjacent to the prior rooms. When I first pulled up to the hotel, I knew I had made a bad choice. The carpet in the room was in bad shape, smelly, cigarret burns and not clean. A very dull and out of the way location-no places to eat. Also a OLD hotel, seems like it was built in the late 60's. From now on I will always find out how old the hotel is before I book. Anything not built in the 90's or 2000's I will surely pass on.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stepped foot into. The customer service was awful! And you would think that in a field where customer service is your business, you would know how to treat your cutomers! Where do I start. I had reserved 6 rooms & a meeting room through them in June. The roome was dirty, the pool was green and some of the rooms were condemed.
The only pleasant thing was the manager understood that I could not stay with those conditions...I had 11 rooms reserved for a select girls softball team...we had 17 kids that needed a clean pool!! We went to the Motel-6. They were very accomodating...even opened the pool later for our kids!!

Pretty good - liked most of it - pretty clean. Not bad - but just average.
