Hall walls were dingy and unkept; like-wise for the room. Place definately shows it's wear, most likly from the Katrina era. Kept getting wake up calls starting at 5 a.m. Too bad we did not request them and the only solution to the problem was to disconnect the phone. This hotel is not like the Express Inns we were used to. Looking elsewhere could produce different results.
During Hurricane Katrina our Louisiana families were welcomed with open arms at this place!!! The staff here were amazing they took care of our every need and assisted us with everything from food to a shoulder to cry on. During the length of stay the many Louisiana families and the staff became a family. We will Never forget our Rosenberg family ...

This hotel is way too much money. I could have went to the other hotels next door for way cheaper but I didnt take the time to look at them. I don't know why i wasted so much money for nothing special.
