Upon our arrival into Chico we checked into the Days Inn on August 15, 2009. The front desk staff was very nice and knowledgable about what to do and where to eat around Chico. we stayed here even though most of the reviews here were bad..glad we did. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and the beds were newer. The breakfast they served were muffins and some pastries - but its free so I can't complain. Its located downtown so its perfect for walking around downtown Chico and its close to a lot of restaurants and shops around there.

We arrived late in teh morning 3AM and Days Inss happened to be the hotel that we turned into. Once we got the room, you definelty did not want to walk on the caret without shoes, the room had an odor to it and the beds were lumpy and had dips in them. Tired from a 10 hour drive, it was a place to put our weary heads, because we definelty did not rest well.

awful awful bed was hard could here people next room over making whoopy. ask for new room very rude to me. Great location right down town. No food around.

the shabby hotel. pilly blankets. old bedspreads. cheap thin towels. there where hairs on the bathroom floor. the food wasn't that great. i wouldn't stay there!
