When I walked inside this hotel it was wonderful! The room was very nice and clean, comfortable, and the pillows were so fluffy. The first day I ordered room service, the food was so good! The only problem was that almost every morning you can hear people talk and slam doors!

Our stay was good. The room was clean and quiet and ammenites were very nice. Our only real compaint is that the charge for valet parking our car was $52 per night! We only found that out when we were checking out! We are used to paying $20-$25 per night to valet park, but never over $50! So if you want to stay here, take a train, bus, taxi or walk if you don't want to pay the high valet fee.

We checked in with no incidents and the staff was very professional at 5pm. Everything began to spiral downward soon after. The security harrassed us, when we left the room to grab dinner and returned, someone had rifled through our belongings. The manager accused us of illegal activities and evicted us at midnight. We loved coming 'home' to cookies and lemonade in the afternoon.The friendliness of the doorman and others made it seem like 'home'- that we had stayed there before... the location was just perfect- we enjoyed walking to Chinatown and other areas that we wanted to see on our first visit to San Francisco.
We especially enjoyed the extras as a Select program member- newspapers, etc-
Would definitely recommend to anyone! .

The staff was so helpful. They were always at the door welcoming you back, with genuwine smiles on their faces. Great experience. Would definetly recommend it.

This Hotel was very lavish but I was so impressed with how people knew our name and welcomed us "home". In spite of it being upscale, it really felt comfortable. The location was great, as we were only a few blocks from the main transportation areas.

I stayed at the Omni recently while doing site visits in San Fransisco & considering the property for my company's annual conference in 2007. My husband accompanied me so it was a business/pleasure weekend.

I booked this hotel on Hotwire at the last minute and got a room for less than $100 which was amazing. The hotel was very nice and the room was beautiful. Staff was courteous and I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed in this hotel last Oct. 05 and even with the strikers we had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and the room was excellent. They even opened up the bar after hours for the wedding party. Right next door is the Carnelian Room at the top of the Bank of America building. The view is incredible.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
