Here with a girls basketball team. Staff was generally friendly-rooms Ok- breakfast adequate-All in all OK but I thought pricey fr what you get. Din't use pool-but it looked nice. Also helpful that there was a laundry.

Great hot breakfast. Suite was roomy. Very clean. After a long day at a convention the whirlpool was welcomed! The only negative is that it's location was not exactly prime. But for the value and comfort we'd definitely come back.

We were very pleased with this Hotel. I was so pleased with how clean it was. A small complaint and something to keep in mind...if you are going with small childen ask to have your room kept away fromt the staircase.
We seemed to be right next door and it was a bit loud when you were worried about a 11 month old waking up.
It was nice and close to hershey park.
I do hope they keep it up, we cant wait to visit again.

We loved our stay. We are a family of five and we were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless and for me that is very important. I was very pleased with the service and the staff. Excellent indoor pool and whirlpool. Good continental breakfast. Great location for attractions. Kids enjoyed. Would have preferred if 2 TVs and sofa bed in a separate area in bedroom suite for kids. Water temperature was fluctuating.

My husband and i came to Hershey for our anniversary, and we were absolutely 100% pleased with everything. Springhill Suites was great. It was clean, breakfast was good, and everyone was really helpful!!!!!!
