they charged my credit card for additional days we did not stay. i did not recieve return phone calls till i finally called customer service. the issue is still not resolved. I never plan on staying there again.

Pros: Good and quiet location, near a main strip with many shopping and dining choices, a few miles from Disneyworld, staff is very friendly, the area is a little on the remote side but we didn't feel unsafe at all, free hot breakfast every morning (and it was different everyday I was there too), free WIFI.

The hotel was only a couple of miles to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The hotel staff was very nice and were quick to answer any questions. They were also helpful with directions to local attractions and gave ideas on what to see and do.

i have no complaints with this hotel. the staff was great. the room was very clean. the breakfast was good and plenty of room to sit. the only complaint i would have was that the elavator was very slow but we were on the second floor so we used the stairs. very close to everything. off international drive so you do not get all the traffic. very quite.
