i have to say, there have been many different hotels i have stayed in but this hotel actually has really nice staff. The 3rd floor is both smoking and non smoking but the manager was able to move us down to the 1st floor even though they were booked up for the night.definitely recommended. Only downfall is that they dont have a washer & dryer for customers but i was told it was in the works.
