Honeymoon HORROR!My new husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon and unfortunately never read any of the reviews warning us how bad it is. The staff ALL have cold, unpleasant attitudes and aren't helpful in the slightest. The room was dirty: the bathroom tub had a dirt ring around it and the sink had dirt still sitting in it. Don't Stay Here, here's whyThis place was so bad. Here is my list..
1. The sheets had holes in them.
2. No hot water.
3. The entire hotel was dirty.
4. You can hear everything going on outside the room, very loud.

Poor Quality and ServiceThe hotel didn't meet my expectations, even after we moved here from another location (Towne Hotel) and were promised better quality service and cleanliness. I stayed in other Quality Inns (in the U.S.)that were of a much higher standard.

Not as bad as everyone saysAfter reading all the reviews on here and on tripadvisor, I have to say I was really scared to stay at this hotel. But it really wasn't as bad as everyone says. The room was large, clean and serviced daily by a friendly maid. The beds were comfortable enough for sleeping. I only saw one roach the entire week we stayed there and it was small. ...4 of 4 Yahoo! Seen BetterThe location is closer to downtown than not. However, for the price I stayed better. The hotel staff wasn't that friendly. The room was a place to sleep and stow your stuff and not much else. So if you are looking to be close to the downtown action for a cheaper price this is it. I would never recommend your hotel to anyoneI was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. The overall cleanliness and location is excellent but i was very disturbed with the service which I received. There was a problem with the running water. Don't waste your moneyOur experience last week was awful. The hotel is filthy, the vending, soda and ice machines were all out of order...ALL WEEK, the restaurant is closed. The lobby bathrooms are nasty and never cleaned. The shower and sink water would sometimes go on, sometimes not and when it did it would trickle out. The staircase smelled like urine. Amazing!!!!!!When you stay here you get what you pay for! Service is average, but so is it everywhere else in the bahamas. The location is prime. Senor Frogs, the straw market and restaraunts are all in walking distance (5-7 mins). The beach across the street is great for spring breakers and other vacationers because it has a DJ and a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here if you have a tight budget and are looking to have fun!OVERALL
