my trip to sleep inn a suites was horrible and ruined my whole vacation i wasnt there 24hrs and the house keeper stole my money from my safe and i got to free room no money back and no apology.....dont go here
I stayed here for five days and I enjoyed my time in Gatlinburg I'll never forget it. This hotel was close to everything I wanted to visit. The swimming pool was very nice and there was a lot of people there but they never bothered anybody so it worked out really good. Great place to vacation with your family.

I have stayed here many times and this place has really gone down hill. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. There was no vent in the bathroom and we ran out of hot water after the third shower. The free breakfast(what a joke!!!) was depleted at 8:30am and they were not restocking it.
This used to be the hotel my family used every December ...

My husband and I chose this hotel because it had a three diamond rating in the AAA guide; however, when we arrived we noticed an unpleasant odor (sort of like mildew) in the lobby and spots on the dining room carpet. The place just didn't seem clean. We decided to walk around to see if another hotel was available.
We found one we liked ...

I was hesitant, but this hotel turned out to be very pleasant. Went for a long weekend and had a great time. Only dislike was it was not right in town, but perfect walking distance.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn. Everything was as good as or better than I had expected. It was a stay we will long remember. After a day of walking into Gatlinburg and visiting the many shops it was nice to come back and swim in the heated pool and lounge in the hot tub. The knowledge of swimming in the nice pool made the ...
Dan, the night clerk, was terrific and super nice and went out of his way to help us as we got into town kind of late. We had a jaccuzzi room suite that was super nice and very clean and the fireplace and sitting area was very cozy. Free Wi-Fi came in handy. Great price for all of the features and even included a deluxe continental breakfast. We plan to stay every time we visit in the future.
first of all the parking is really bad the pool is the only nice thing about the motel our room smelled really bad there were stains on the beds so we got a new room then our phone didnt work we asked for some extra pillows and blankets they said they didnt have any the breakfast was nasty burnt tost and cearl that was all they had i would suggest to not go to this hotel unless you want a bad stay....
