I think the employees at this hotel are great they all made me and my family feel right at home. I will always sstay here in my syracuse trips!!!Very clean!!!!A++++ Breakfast and dinner have a new PUB very nice.

The room is very clean and brand new. There is plenty of room and very nice. The double beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also great and convenient! When I can, I will always stay at a Hilton Garden Inn!

The reasons that I would not stay again are that I could not work on my lap top to work due to HSD problems, the phone by my bed did not work, the electrical outlet in my bathroom did not work, I did not even have a closet to hang my clothes and the food in the pantry was horrible! Additionally, with all the problems that I was having I was afraid ...

This hotel is very new and and everything was clean. The room was what one would expect from the Hilton family. The bathroom was roomy and nicely appointed. We stayed for a hockey tournament but I would return for business also. Only drawback is the one elevator for staff and guests. We waited almost 6 minutes for an elevator on Sunday morning due to staff and linen carts.
