We stayed one night to go to Universal Studios. Yuk. It was dumpy. The pool is right next to the driveway where people run their engines while they wait to check in. It is far from Universal. The water is not soft, but very hard (I know a minor thing, but :) It's stuffy and if you like hard beds, you'll like it.
Not for me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice size rooms. Great for families. Suites sleeps up to 6 people. Conveniently located to all attractions. Breakfast had a nice variety, but would have preferred "real" eggs to the powdered eggs.

We have visited Orlando many times and have stayed all over and was a little disapointed with this hotel. The staff missinformed me about the laundry hours and I spent my last day in Orlando doing laundry (not fun) because it closed earlier then I was told after we left Universal early just to get there before it closed. There was only 1 computer ...

The room was clean and was a nice size. The shower had pleanty of hot water. Great location. The continental breakfast was very nice, lots of choices, our favorite being the waffle maker. Would definately stay again, highly recommend!

After spending the night in an Ocala hotel (Travel lodge to be exact) that was filthy and then coming to Orlando where we checked into a nearby Ramada Inn that we promptly checked out of because the room was so dirty...it was nice to come to this hotel and find a immaculate room and a wonderful staff. We spent a couple of nights there and it was great!

We stayed there for a weekend when we were in town for a wedding. We found the staff very pleasant, the hotel clean, the breakfast wonderful, and the room a very decent size for two people. I loved the free and easy internet connection!

We would stay there again.

we stayed here 11/05. The hotel is very clean. The staff excellent! It is about 4 minutes from Universal. The room was spacious. Amenities nice. We would definetly stay there again.

If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios this hotel is very close by. Large rooms and friendly staff are a big plus.
