The minute we saw the resort we knew we picked the right place. Our room smelled nice and was so clean. The pool and grounds were impeccable. We would recommend the Resort to our friends.

This place is top-notch. The service, food, casino is first class. The room was a palace. No need to travel anywhere as everything you need is perfect and right there. The pool is outstanding.
I will never stay at another place in Vegas other than right here.

Looking forward to this stay turned out to be a complete letdown. First, negotiating for a better room made us feel like second class citizens. The housekeeping staff were rude and unattentive to simple requests (couldn't seem to step outside the box). The buffet meal were cold and often barren. The shuttle was a joke.

We have stayed here 3 times since 8/2004 and will NEVER stay anywhere else when going to Vegas. We love that it is not on the strip and really the only people there are guests and locals.
