This place was a very clean place to stay and everything that you need is right there at your fingertips. However, it is extremely overpriced. The Spa is one hundred dollars for a manicure...that is crazy. They charged me one hundred dollars for a no show when my wife didn't even make an appt she just called to ask the price. This place is very nice but a little too money hungry for my taste. Lots of good food.

went to gvr in may. The place was amazing. The pool was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable .Ate at the pancake house every morning the food was good.They give you huge amount of food. The casinowasbig but you couldnot win. The shuttle bus was awful a cab to downtown cost 25.00 The decor of the hotel was beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. First of all, the place really lacked any kind of welcoming ambiance. There was a nightclub right next to the lobby with music blaring while you're trying to check in. Then you walk past the night club entrance on the way to the rooms, where there is usually a group of loud, obnoxious, and stoned kids, that you have to walk around/through. ...

this hotel is superb, we only stayed one night but the room was very spacious, with views of the pools. The pools were fab and the food we had from the bar was realy good.
We had a bit of a play on the poker machines and we played for along time for 40 dollers so that was good as well!
All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommed this hotel to anyone.

You would think that a resort of this granduer could, at the very least,match the services you would get at a Motel 6. Want to make a local phone call? Sure $2.50/call. Need high speed internet connection in your room? No problem, just $12.95/day. If you prefer, you may use the computer in the lobby for .35/min(%5.00 min. fee) and can even use their printer for $1.00/page.

I loved the decor, the overall feel of the hotel. Excellent restaurants, relaxing pool, beautiful room. It gave me a far more relaxing and enjoyable experience than being on the strip which always has crowds everywhere. I would highly recommend GVR. No complaints. Its only about 10 minutes to the strip if you want restaurants, shows, or crowds. But GVR has a nice small casino and shopping is next door.

This is our third trip to GVR. We were there this time for an entire week. Without a doubt the best food, the best peope, the best accommodations an certainly the best games. We will go nowhere else!
