Please check the reviews you have received on this property. They could not possibly be talking about the palmyra resort in Jamaica. That place is beautiful. Is it even open yet?

The hotel was solid. Great service, comfortable rooms, and a great view. Valet attendants and staff were great. Highly recommend this hotel if you are doing anything downtown. 4 out of 5 stars, (lets don't get crazy, the ohio river is not the atlantic).however, 4 stars will keep me coming back.

The customer service at this hotel is pathetic. We waited to be checked in, we were told that we didn't leave a deposit (therefore we had nothing to get back and we DID). It was just a terrible experience...think twice before staying there. The staff was lazy and did not want to answer questions or assist.

There was a huge draft blowing in from outside during the middle of winter. We previous guests pajama bottoms under the bed as we were packing to leave. No sorrys or offers for discount when we reported these problems.

If it had not been for the valet - this hotel might have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Watch your room rate when you check out of this place...the night we stayed here, we were quoted one rate...then when we checked out the rate was higher...when we went to question the difference, the desk clerk told us it had been changed at 3am by another clerk. I cant recommend staying at this hotel.

Booked my wedding block at Sheraton Cincinnati. Received the worst customer service of my entire life, and that includes McDonald's.

If you stay at this Sheraton in Cincinnati, watch your credit card. Our party had two people have their numbers stolen and the cards used by someone who checked us into the hotel.
