Bad customer service

The place is beautiful and has more privacy. However, it's too bad the housekeeping staff needs to be trained on good customer service.

Ideal relaxation place for families

Beautiful, clean rooms. Location away from the hustle-bustle and partying of Phuket. Ideal place to spend some quality time with family. Nice pool area with a section for kids. Beach wasnt too nice -- lots of sea-weeds would wash ashore. Spa services were awesome. Food was really good. We did not leave the resort for 3 days -- just lazed around and ...

Novotel Cape Panwa absolutely lovely!

This hotel was lovely in every way. Beautiful location, beach, rooms, lobby. Wonderful staff. Great singers in the dining room. Food was fantastic. We liked it so much that we changed our plans in Thailand to come back to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. It is lovely and peaceful. The perfect respite from the business of Bangkok and travel stress.
