Office Staff is an A+My husband and I were in town celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. When I called to make my reservations I had spoken to Marie. She was so personable and professional. Good Place to StayWe stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for $89. The room was definitely a great value. The room was very comfortable and roomy. It was cold and rainy when we arrived on Christmas Day. There was only one person working, but she was very nice and tried to accommodate each of our requests with a smile. Wonderful PlaceThis place is perfect for all kinds of travel. The rooms are spacious and the staff was wonderful! My family and I stayed for a long weekend trip. This hotel helped make our trip unforgettable. I was somewhat worried due to the lack of pictures that were available on this hotel. But, it was way beyond my expectations. I will stay there everytime that I'm in Louisville.OVERALL

Pleasantly SurprisedWe planned a trip to Louisville and due to several conventions, everything downtown was booked. Someone recommended this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, spacious rooms and value for this Marriott property. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. My Week-End on the OhioI liked everything about TownPlace Suites by Marriott. I found the staff to be very helpful in everyway including directions to locations. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The location was great easy access to Interstate 65 and the bridge to Louisville. Good resturants are in walking distants of the hotel and right on the Ohio River.
