I am very disappointed and unsatisfied about my stay at Iberville Suites. 1. I got in the room, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. 2. There was a plastic bag underneath one of the beds. 3. The toilet would not fill with water which prevented future flushes without having to manually fill the back of the toilet with water. ...

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/09
We had the pleasure of staying here in Mar 09, and were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. The hotel is beautiful, rooms clean, beds luxurious and very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Its fantastic location of one block from Bourban st, allows for quiet but close proximity to all Bourban st action. This was ...

This is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in. A lot of the reviews said rooms not cleaned. We did not find that to be true at all. Staff was very friendly. It is attached to the Ritz Calton and you have full use of all their amanaties. Just 1 bock from Burbon St but quite a walk to the river. We got a military rate and only paid $99 a ...

Needs a better cleaning staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/11/08
Everything appeared nice upon arrival. When it came time to go to bed, the middle blanket had hairs from a previous occupant. Hopefully the sheets had been changed! There were candy wrappers and trash underneath the bed. The shower head needs changed unless you like a light shower that takes forever to rinse off. Would not stay here again, ...
Our rooms were never cleaned. We booked a suite and the pull out sofa could not be pulled out because a tv was blocking it. There were crumbs and candy wrappers on the sheets. We were transferred to a regular room with a promise to move to anoter suite the next day. The next day we were told, there were no suites available. Room service served ...
The location is great, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is top notch. This is always our first choice of a place to stay when we visit New Orleans. Better yet, it is a great value for the money.
The hotel was a steal for the price we paid...We paid $102 a night which was much less than they could have charged...The location was perfect and was only one blk away from burbon street...We were close enough to walk but still far enough away that we didnt hear any of the noise !!!...The only complaint i have is that there was a "hidden" charge of $100 for housekeeping that wasnt posted in the original price listing...
We love that every room is a beautiful Suite!! Nice an spacious and so close to all the action but very quiet!!! Everything was newly renovated, new carpets, paint and clean as a whistle. It was beautiful and they staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant!! We will go back again and again. What a FIND!!! The king size bed was ...

Very disappointing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/26/05
This property is in desperate need of a good cleaning. The rooms do not even meet miniumu standards and the halls could use a good vacumn. The front desk clerk when we stayed was more interested in reading a book than working. The best thing about the hotel was the bell service. Those guys really try to make up for everything that went wrong.

Nice Hotel, Great Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/05
Nice rooms, great location--on the outskirts of the French Quarter. Parking was $28/night! Good continental breakfast. Hotel had the ability to really make an impression, but somehow fell short. It had the makings of a GREAT hotel, but they either ran out of money or the hotel manager needs to run a Sheraton, instead. With a little money and a better manager, they could charge three times the amount and really be a class-act.
