We used this Marriott as a home-base between visiting our two sons & it worked fabulously.

Our family reunion was held in Chicago this year and the family stayed at The Marriott Springhill Suites O'Hare. The service was excellent! Our rooms were spacious and clean, the free breakfast was great and the location was great because we were near the transit station and close to several restaurants.

IT was awful staying there. It had bad room service. It was not clean at all. It had no value at all. It was the worst location. I never want to go there again!

I was there for my business trip. Great service for great price. Room was very comfortable. Plus I got free internet connection. Staffs were very friendly.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help their customers. They made us feel very welcome and helped us figure where the best places to go were and what transportation to take.
This hotel is also very clean and comfortable.
I will definately be staying there again.
