This hotel is very nice. It was in a great location, very close to Times Square without being right in it. The bed and bath were great! The staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed directions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Westin Times Square was a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and attentive and the rooms were clean and very nice. It was my 7 yr old son's first trip to NYC and he loved evey minute of it. I highly recommend the Westin!!!

While it was a great location in terms of it's proximity to Times Square, the hotel itself really wasn't what it was cracked up to be.

The staff tried very hard but the hotel was not run very well. Computer and communication errors were a big problem as well as the state of the hotel itself. I would not stay here again for the price.

And the location, though very close to Times Square, is right next door to a strip club.

I'd really like to try staying here some time when I travel to NY! It really sounds like a wonderful and beautiful hotel with a great location.

It was great. The location was the best! Wasn't too far away from the airport! I and my family recommend it! The service was he best and the food was delisious! When I saw it my mouth watered! I would love to go back!

My granddaughter and I just returned from NYC and stayed at the Westin. Very nice, very expensive. If you want luxury and a great location, stay here. Close to everything. Next trip, however, I will stay at a less expensive place because getting around New York is so easy and all we used the motel for was to sleep....we can do that at a less pricey motel and still have a wonderful NYC experience.
