This hotel was one of the bright spots of our trip. After talking with others about their hotel experience in Manhattan, I know we made the right choice. The bed and showers were just as described, Heavenly!. Our room was spacious and hotel staff more than happy to assist. I have and will continue to recommend the Westin if you want to stay near Times Square.

This hotel is very nice. It was in a great location, very close to Times Square without being right in it. The bed and bath were great! The staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed directions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Westin Times Square was a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and attentive and the rooms were clean and very nice. It was my 7 yr old son's first trip to NYC and he loved evey minute of it. I highly recommend the Westin!!!

While it was a great location in terms of it's proximity to Times Square, the hotel itself really wasn't what it was cracked up to be.

The staff tried very hard but the hotel was not run very well. Computer and communication errors were a big problem as well as the state of the hotel itself. I would not stay here again for the price.

And the location, though very close to Times Square, is right next door to a strip club.
