the rooms were very clean and staff very pleasant. everything was very good

we have been going to pollard brook for 7-8 years now and love it, it is our favourite place to stay, the new building is fabulous and the two bedroom condos provide lots of room for all 6 of us, we enjoy the family movie nights and the kids crafts that are availible. The kids call it their hotel.
We're heading back again this year.

I would go back in a second. Kids loved it. Very clean rooms and hotel.

This property is a mess - the staff is uncooperative and just ignores attempts to get problems resolved. This is a nice area but there are alot nicer places to stay in NH. You will be forced to endure a long sales pitch for a time share. They really give you the hard sell. Don't waste your money. We did not have a pleasant experience dealing with Pollard Brook.

we are going back this summer because it is such a beautiful place. Its close by near attractions and is on the most amazing highway you will ever drive on! we took a one day drive just along this highway because all along it you see gorgeous mountains..this place is spectacular! cant wait to go back.

I'd sell everything and move here if I could.
Service was awesome, room was fantastic, Grounds were great. We had a room that bordered a river w/ a waterfall, and the sound of the river put me to sleep fast. I recommend this resort to anyone who visits the White Mountains. Actually, I proposed to wife here.

Great place to get away, very friendly staff, near everything in Lincoln and Woodstock! Highly recommended.
