Bacara is a great place for those who are looking for a nice relaxed California resort experience. We like that it is set off the beaten path in Goleta. A little hint for travelers...bellman work for tips..fork out some cash every once and a while, and your service will be excellent.

I have to say is it was the worst time of my life when I stayed here. It is very expensive, the rooms are dirty, the staff is very rude, and the food taste distugsting. Do not stay here!Only one good point - the location is nice!

I loved the spa! the spa receptionist were very nice to us, and friendly. We felt welcomed and helped us with anything we needed, and wanted.
