This is in response to Hope I never have to stay here again...The Russellville Hotel and Suites I stayed at was very nice with new towels, new sheets/bedspreads/mattresses, the works. I too use the internet constantly for work and had no trouble during my 5 night stay. It has even changed to a Best Western so I was able to earn points for my stay. The staff was very friendly and I will definitly be staying there when I go to Russellville.
The location was great, close to eating and shopping places.Very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. It was a real breakfast with eggs sausage, gravy, biscuits and waffles. The pool was clean and my grandchildren had a great time.Worth the money. If you like antiques there are lots of flea markets and shops.
I must say that I have stayed at many hotels, but this hotel is more like a Motel 6. A few months ago, I stayed there and the only thing going for it is the people. The people are so nice that I really hate that I have no good things to say about the hotel. The place had a strange smell that was evident in my clothing when I got home and unpacked. ...
I've stayed in all the motel's in Russellville and this one is by far the best. It's clean and very affordable. Also the employees are very kind and helpful.
It was as clean and neat as any well known chain hotel in a large city. All of the staff were pleasant and more than willing to help. It was much more than I expected in a town of it's size.
Very clean Hotel, this being one of the most important reasons as to why I stay at your location. Service is also a big issue with me, the staff at your facility is always courteous and friendly and eager to help in any way possible.
Breakfast was not much, but about what I expected. The rooms were clean, which is a must. It was a little loud from the hallway activity (noise) of other the quests.
