The service is extremely poor! Housekeeping is virtually non-existent. They promise change of towels, but if you need that, you may have to carry them from the front desk to your room. Rooms are usually not cleaned unless you walk to the front desk and request. Any maintenance request / complaint requires 3-4 trips to the front desk and may take weeks to rectify!
