This hotel was the very best on a recent two week driving trip. Super clean, super nice staff, great food. Full kitchen with plenty of plates, utensil, pots/pan, etc. Great gift basket. COMFY beds. WARM pool, yes, even in Syracuse! Fine location off Carrier Circle. Wish there were more of these hotels around the country, they would be the only one I would use!

Very nice suites, with a separate bedroom. Excellent service - any problems I reported (like, the VCR in my room was broken) were taken care of by the next day. Hot breakfast & evening "happy hour" are complimentary, and there's a shuttle that can take you to/from the airport or take you anywhere within 5 miles. I didn't choose the hotel (I'm in a class at Syracuse University that contracted the lodging) but I love it!

This is a wonderful place to stay when in syracuse for whatever the occasion. You are close to the thruway, to the city and to the university! The price is wonderful! I recommend it highly!

The room service was really good for a large hotel with large rooms. They did a good job of cleaning the room.

The room was extremly nice with one King size bed and a pullout couch. There was an ensuite bathroom in the bedroom section of the room and a nice little kitchen/den area when you first enter the room.

The location was very convenient because there were lots of shopping malls in the 15 minute range.

We have stayed at Cresthill since 2003 when we came for a Wedding. We have found a place where we can call home next to home. The staff is beyond any we have come across and we just wish they were in every place we travel to. I commend the Owners, the Staff !!! The death of there Dear General Manager Joan will be missed by all. We hope that can find someone to compliment what she started.

So thankful for places like Cresthill Suites - I felt really at home, the staff was the best I've ever encountered - management too. What more could you ask for?
