Having utilized Best Western Hotels almost exclusively for many years due to good customer service, this inn was was a shocking surprise. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Reserved a King bed Room and called to comfirm the morning I was checking in. I told them I would be in about Midnight and not to give my room away. They did. I got a Queen bed room with an air-conditioner that was the loudest I have ever heard. Must have had a bearing going out. The whole place needs renovating. Overall was really disappointed. Have never been to a Best Western Motel this poor.

Location very close to airport, comfortable- clean room, in-room safe-hairdryer-coffeemaker, large bath, lots of clean towels, great breakfast & coctail hour, pool may not be heated and could be slightly cleaner. Again, the staff makes this hotel amazingly nice--they really care about you. Loved my visit, thank you. YES, highly recommend this hotel to all.

The guy that paid $70.00 for a taxi to get here from the airport must just be stupid. The motel is 6 miles from the airport. The shuttle does take 15-30 minutes to make pick-ups so you do have to be patience. It takes alot longer to go to the car rental places to get a car!!!! Waited quite a while for the shuttle, but not as long as the other passengers who said they waited 50 minutes. Shuttle is shared by at least two other hotels so beware. Turns out the shuttle van had overheated and that's why it was late.
When we finally got going the shuttle overheated again after about 2 seconds and the brilliant driver ...

A very nice building with large suites, but not well managed. Pool was dirty and cold. Vending machines not properly stocked.
Continental breakfast fine. Front desk was cordial. Good location.

It was our first day of vacation, and I wanted to cry. The room smelled musty, the service was awful and I was bitten by a spider(?)while I slept. We left the next day to a better accommodation.

Why would they call this the "Airport Hotel" when it took $70 in taxi fare to get us to the airport and back? This was NO WHERE NEAR THE AIRPORT!!!!!!

need new administrator to get something done with the hotel and get new employees nicer ones in especially housekeepers. get new sheets and towels.
