This is not your usual Best Western facility. The hotel is severely lacking customer service. When we requested a pillow for our child, we were told that the hotel 'didn't have any more.' Our child slept on folded towels. After waiting for the airport shuttle for more than an hour (and calling the hotel three times), we ended up paying for a car service. Rooms are old and need renovation. Stay away!
