Fantstic hotel - great location. The staff was very courteous, and helpful with directions. I was amazed that the rooms are actually quite spacious and clean.

If you need a great hotel but working on a tight budget then this is the place for you. Downtown is just a short drive away. Great value & a great deal.

Have had great service every time we go there. It is close to the theater which is where we go when we stay in St. Loius

The hotel was neat and clean. The person at the desk was helpful and very friendly. They put us in a room near the lobby and pool which was great for the kids. I was afraid it would be noisy but our room was very quiet. My husband got an email asking about our stay which was a nice touch.

Really liked the location, close to our sons house. Felt comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will visit again.

These hotels are always a great value. It is a hotel that you can depend on to be clean, safe and new. When travelling late at night, and deciding where to stay, if one is available usaually is my first choice, because I know exactly what to expect.

I had a coupon for the room and used it to hold a room for the gateway classic so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth to the county. While there weren't a whole lot of amenities there was a microwave in the room, and it was pretty clean just a little dusty but otherwise ok.

I really liked the service and the employees, they were somewhat very attentive to whatever I asked them and there management was respectful toward the employees as if they were concerned for them and I find this very attractive in any hotel or any type of establishments.

This is definately the best place to stay in downtown St. Louis. The value is spectacular. Holiday Inn Express is always a grat brand to stay with and the price is always competitive.
