I liked the location.I liked that they had shuttle service every hr into town (about 4 miles).The concierge are very helpful.Dont stay during spring break.They make a mess of the rooms (I had the door from the wet bar fall off and the water handle from the shower fall off while taking a shower)All in the first night of being there.All was taken ...

We really liked the location - quiet, private, and the shuttle was great to downtown. Sitting by the pool eating lunch was an experience in itself. Large, super clean, very nice rooms (we all need five pillows once in a while).

Thought charging us an extra $10/day for parking was a bit of a money grab, but truly the only problem we had was ...

WE loved the distance from the busy party atmosphere if Key West. The hotel was beautiful, we had a very large balcony, and we were very comfortable.

Extremely clean rooms and Bathrooms, friendly staff, beautiful pool and they give you tastey warm cookies at check in time. It seemed to be a newer hotel like about 5 years old. If you want to stay in Key West without the high cost of other hotels come here, don't let the low cost change your mind, very good hotel for the money.

We stayed at this hotel in Dec 2004. As frequest Key West visitors, loved the location as it was on the quiet side of the island. Very convenient shuttle service to downtown offered by hotel. Rooms were clean and bright. Good food at hotel restaurant. Very helpful staff. Nice pool/spa area. During our visit, there was construction going on near hotel, so the vistas were not the best. But, we'll stay here again.

The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. Although the room service staff did get a little crankey when we ordered food at 10:45 pm and the kitchen closed at 11:00 I guess I don't blame them but they could have been a little nicer to a paying guest (and room service isn't cheap). Best hotel in Key West. Large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good price. Free transportation from the front door. You couldn't ask for anything else.
