This hotel is very clean and the people are very hospitable. They give you a sincere smile. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends planning for a trip to Vancouver.

I would rather stay at the Four Seasons or Fairmont.The Lobby manager, I can't remember her name. She looks like Japanese and was so rude. Watch out for that lady if you go and stay there!!

Stayed in the Hotel around May 28, 2007. I had a large corner room with a breathtaking view (though a lot of construction are going on). The service was amazing and the room was always clean. They offer a buffet breakfast which was excellent and generous. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved the atmospher of this hotel. it was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent. the food was outstanding. the rooms were big and beautiful and over all it is a place i can see myself going back too.

Good easily accessible location, close to other night life activities, close to the water, close to transit, close to restaurants, comfortable rooms and good service.

Everything---wonderful, close to everything, the service was excellent as was the food. It ia just a great place to bring your family and or a honeymoon vacation. We also found it very easy to grab a cab from the hotel.
