We got a Kids suite in the Venice tower and was so excited to take our kids to Disneyland again. The first thing that hit us as we walked in was the smell! I wish I had seen the reviews before booking our prepaid trip. Management lied when they said the smell issue was taken care of. It was in the walls, almost like some rodents died back there. ...
My daughter granddaughter & I had a great visit. We will stay again this July '09 if the price is less than $120.00 for kids suite. Loved it! No complaints E1 was cheerful & pleasant.
I paid for my childrens disney adventure in full, the stay at the portofino suites and inn was not pleasant. I toilet constantly back up at least three times, mind you I had five children with me. They had to use the restroom in the lobby several times which was a big inconvience, I has to keep calling housekeeping to unstop the toilet. Not only ...
Great price and location. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and had lots of room for the kids. The towels were rough and seemed very used. The ice maker was also broken the entire stay and had to go to another floor for ice.
What we liked the most was the Kids Suite. It is great to have so much room for a family of 6. The bunk beds have individual lighting and the pull out sofa was large enough for our 2 teenage daughters. It's nice for the kids to have their own TV. The suite was clean, we never had a problem with the rooms not being made up. We never saw mold ...
i like the location ,,the room is larg, managment wher friendly but no refrigerator in the room the price is very high ,,it should be 30-40 % of the price we got comparing to this level of hottels
The staff was nice but not very intelligent. Constantly changing and no turnover of continuing problems like the toilet being plugged so we had to keep explaining the issue. Deluxe rooms are very basic, but seemed clean enough. Hotel not worthy of 3 stars. Hard to deal with problems when tired from a full day at the parks. Our room was not made ...
I was a little leery of staying at this hotel given the online reviews I read, but this hotel was the perfect hotel for our needs. Living in southern California already, what we needed was a convenient place to meet up with my mother-in-law and stay the night before a day at Disney. The hotel was neatly appointed and very clean. The beds were ...
I read the negative reviews before traveling to Anaheim and my stay at the Portofino Inn. Visitors much realize this is a family hotel, not the Marriott! Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly. For a convention and family (I was there to attend a convention at the neighboring convention center) hotel, I found it to be ...
We didn't spend much time in the room other than for sleep. We were in town during a National Cheerleading competition and we were lucky to find a room and hotel this nice.
