like: balcony with ocean view at higher floor rooms; new furnishings; large well-lighted bathroom with two sinks; complimentary buffet breakfast; free cookies in the evenings; access to adjacent Marriott Courtyard under same management where there is a restaurant and three days a week complimentary beer, wine and chips are on offer.

dislike: pool; walk to the beach

The pool was not heated ! when I ask why I got a very rude it may not work , I don't know what's the matter , Then " go next door to our sister hotel pool", if I wanted to swim at the sister hotel I would have booked there as it was cheaper. I think they were just saving money not heating the beautiful pool that I had expected.

The hotel staff was great as was the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The Breakfast Buffet was a disappointment. Had to wait each morning for the serving dishes to be re-filled. Otherwise was a great experience!

My family & I stayed here while on a trip to visit Kennedy Space Center. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, lots of different choices, everything we ate was great! The balcony room was large with a great view of the pool area. The room was very clean, with no bad smells! Nice private walk-way directly to Cocoa Beach. We had a great time, my son can't wait to go back!!

I took a group of 6 teenage girls for a post graduation trip to Cocoa Beach. We all had a blast! The breakfast saved our group a ton of money. The staff immediately offered to bring us additional towels when they saw the group of girls. When we had a small problem in one of the rooms, maintenance was there within 5 minutes and quickly took care of the problem. We'll definitely continue to stay at this hotel when we go to Cocoa Beach.

Great pool and access to the beach. Bring your own beach umbrella though as they tend to run out early. Continental breakfast a great start to the day.

I've tried a few here and Hampton Inn is really the best for your buck! I just spent three wonderful days at this great hotel. The staff was superb. The bed was one that you just did not want to roll out of in the morning. I have slept in many hotels and this was the best rest I have ever had in a hotel room. The breakfast was yummy and tea and coffee all day long. Clean, comfy and reasonable. I would go back again.

We stayed for 3 nights. You can see the ocean, but only a partical view. The staff is pleasingly attentive. Our air conditioning was making an annoying squeal during the last evening of our stay. At 10pm I called the front desk, they promptly sent up a maint. person and he fixed it right away. The only negative is their room carpets really need to be cleaned. We will stay again.
