the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

We paid $115 to stay here and it was a little high. No free breakfast or any type of incentive for staying here. The cleanliness was good and though I was in a bad accident in Louisville it was a place to lay my head down and recover. I was there in early October and it was cold for some reason and everywhere I went in the hotel it was cold. But I liked the style of the place just not the price everything was ok.

The staff at this hotel was the most congenial and pleasant of any hotel at which I've stayed. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean and nice. I felt really safe at this hotel and I looked forward to returning their in the evening. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with telling us everything we wanted to know about dining out, attractions, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Louisville.

Wow new carpet in the rooms, they were clean and fresh. Every Staff member I saw said "hello" with a smile! They have a great breakfast and a great Staff to serve it. This is a must stay hotel!!

this hotel doesn`t come close to a four star hotel in my book way over priced, rooms were dirty wallpaper was coming down in bathroom, carpets needed to be clean, sink was cracked, bathrooms vent rusty and dirt hang from it and for a guest to have to pay $6.00 a day to park at those room rates was total out of this world should be free the only good thing to say was staff was helpful and friendly but still not worth the money very disapointing.
