Only stayed 1 night but it was great. The people were very helpful and answered all questions in a proffesional way. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Restaurant downstairs had great service.

The shower didn't have any hot water,
The pool was out of order,
The hammers started at six in the morning,
The manager couldn't do anything for me on the bill since I used yahoo to pay for the hotel.
I won't be doing that again.
Big mistake.

even if you cancell reservation 1-2 weeks ahead, they will charge you 100%. Spent hours on the phone with them , no compassion!
They do not posses customer service, especially if you booked trough yahoo travel services.
